What's included in the tour price

Hotel Accommodation: Prices are per person based on two people
sharing a twin- bedded room with private bath or shower***

• Tour Director - Tours are accompanied by a Gdi tour director

Meals: as shown in your chosen itinerary.
• Sightseeing: Excursions and entrance fees to places of interest visited
as detailed on your chosen itinerary

Transfers: Between airports, hotels where indicated on the tour itinerary
only.
• Porterage/ Applicable to Hollywood Tour Only: Baggage
handling for one suitcase per person on tour, at hotels, is included in the tour
price.
*** When booking triple rooms please
note that the third bed may be a "roll-away" bed for which their will
be charge.
You will be advised of this charge at the time of booking.
Availability of triple rooms is limited. Substitute hotels may be used at certain
times and will be of similar standard whenever possible. Please note that single
rooms in Europe will generally be smaller than twin-bedded rooms.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE
• Passport and visa fees, insurance, laundry, telephone calls, beverages,
meals not detailed in the itinerary, tips to coach drivers and local city guides,
items
of a personal nature, excess baggage, optional excursions.

If you do not want GDI Insurance you must enter the name of
your Insurance Company in the space provided on the Booking

Deposit: £ 85 per person for Shopping Trip

USA and Hollywood Heydays tours £150 per person
Please note all deposits are non-refundable
Final Payment:
At least 56 days (8 weeks) prior to tour departure date
Insurance: as applicable to be paid with deposit
1. Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of the applicable non-refundable
deposit
as shown above, which must be within 7 DAYS of booking or the
reservation will automatically be cancelled.
2. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made less
than 45 days before tour departure.
3.Gdi Ltd reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation
charges should payments not be received within the above specified periods.
4.Full package is contracted with Uniglobe Ltd under our ATOL 6301
and any money paid is at all times held by Uniglobe Group
5. Any special meal requirements will be made on a REQUEST basis
only. Gdi cannot GUARANTEE special meal requests nor will it assume any
responsibility or liability if passengers' special meal requests are not fulfilled.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel documents, including your air tickets and itinerary will be
sent to you approximately 14 days prior to tour departure (providing full
payment has been received).
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND BOOKING CHANGES
1. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to Gdi
Ltd
2. Once confirmed no name changes in respect of airline
seats are allowed. Should you wish to substitute a name then a new reservation
has to be made and any monies paid are forfeit. With regard to hotel accommodation
a name change may be done up to 21 days prior to departure. After that
time there is a charge of £20 per person
3. The following scale of charges will apply when cancellation
is notified.

the event of your withdrawal
from a tour after commencement for reasons of illness, you must obtain a medical
certificate in support of any
insurance claim. We regret that no refunds can be made for absences from a
tour
GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
•
Itinerary Variations: Gdi Ltd constantly strives
to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made,
or unforeseen circumstances
beyond
our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries
and to substitute hotels. Gdi Ltd
• Tour Cancellation: Gdi Ltd also reserves the
right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating
requirements, provided that such cancellation is advised not less than 45 days
prior to scheduled tour departure. If material alterations become necessary to
tours or travel arrangements for which bookings have already been made, Gdi
Ltd will inform our passengers without delay and will give passengers
the choice either of accepting the alteration, which will be of comparable
standard, if available, or of receiving a prompt and full refund of all money
paid.
Compensation will not be paid for cancellations or alterations due to force majeure
events or non-payment of the balance by the passenger.
RESPONSIBILITY
Gdi Group Limited, the Tour Operator as agents for TDTravel is responsible
for the following duties:
1. The Operator shall be responsible to the passenger for
supplying the services and accommodations described in this brochure, except
where such
services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays
or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the Operator.
In
such circumstances, the Operator will do its best to supply comparable services,
accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.
2. This booking conditions represent the entire
agreement between the passenger and the above mentioned Operator.
3. The Operator is not responsible for any criminal conduct
by third parties.
4. Passengers must use safety belts if a motorcoach seat is
fitted with a safety belt.
4.1. Acceptance by the passenger of the terms and conditions set forth in
this brochure which annot be varied except in writing by an officer of the
Company.
5. Every effort is made to ensure brochure accuracy at the time
of going to press; however Gdi Ltd cannot be held responsible for
printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.
The air holidays and flights* in this brochure are ATOL Protected by the Civil
Aviation Authority.
