Restaurant:
Theodore’s
Dodd Mitchell’s architectural design, accenting Black Walnut
and Mcaster Ebony woodlight sconces wrap around the massive columns
casting off amber glow throughout the restaurant. The plastered
walls take you back to the historical essence of the hotel and
give a regal feeling to the space. Narrow slits of mirrors on the
walls reflect the candlelit dining ambiance and the movement of
the patrons throughout. Ebonised wood ceilings, double-sided chocolate
brown suede curtains let in light through the original carved wood
window mullions and give a sense of permanence to the space. The
fare at Theodore’s was created by legendary chef Wolfgang
Puck and his award winning culinary team.
The progressive American cuisine features favorites such as Sautéed
Nantucket Bay Scallops “Scampi” with Tomato Risotto
and “Prime Rib” of Beef with Green Apple Horseradish,
Potato Puree and Glazed Baby Carrots.
Theodore’s offers generous portions of Hollywood classics
in a decadent Hollywood setting, which makes Theodore’s truly
a memorable experience.
